We provide professional service in all aspects of exterior building cleaning. Our in-house skilled operators are trained in a variety of methods including ladders, boom lifts, ropes/abseiling, high polling and pressure cleaning. When undertaking standard window cleaning our operators use less than 10 liters of water a day. We are experienced in cleaning a large range of façade materials including: concrete, marble, apolic, aluminium and metal panelling.
We are specialized in cleaning external inaccessible windows which can be done via rope access, EWP (boom lift), ladders or de-ionised water-fed poles depending on the building access. Our preferred cleaning method is using mop & squeegee whenever possible to keep quality as high as possible. The window frames and its surrounding façade is cleaned off cobwebs as part of this service keeping residents and tenants’ satisfaction high.
After construction of a building the windows might be covered in sealant, paint and bricklayers’ mud. This process focuses on removing the dirt and finishing the window with a mop and squeegee clean. This is a long process and should be done just after construction as the longer it is left on the glass the harder it is to remove.
To maintain a clean look, glass should be squeegee cleaned at least once every 12 months. Neglected glass can develop hard water stains, which become harder to remove over time. These stains result from evaporated water leaving minerals and metals on the porous glass surface, and concrete buildings are particularly susceptible due to leaching. Restoring stained glass involves buffing with a coarse substance to remove the stains and restore its original appearance as much as possible.
In the Canberra Region, spiders are part of our environment leaving buildings full of cobwebs. Our company offers different types of spider treatments, giving to our clients the possibility of keeping them away for longer with a stronger product or just to use a normal spray to get rid of the ones currently on the building. To decide the best option, we will analyze the location, design, façade and other factors of the building. Our team is happy to assist you in choosing the best option for your place.
Canberra buildings often have many cobwebs around them as our region has many spiders around thought the year, but more so in spring and around areas in the building that are hard to access. This is something our qualified team are familiar with and are happy to assist.
