Touchdown can provide façade inspections along with a defect report that will help our client to understand issues in areas they cannot access and see for themselves.

Often, a façade inspection & report is needed to check the following:

• Condition of weather seals.
• Cracked or broken windows/glass.
• Condition of roof parapet.
• Any damage to façade caused by bird damage.
• Deterioration or perishing of structural caulking.
• Potential water entry points.
• Condition of Curtain wall.

Our reports contain photographs and references of our findings and come with an easy-to-read mapping system.
